Intro to RPA

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an integrative technology that streamlines business practices by allowing users to automate repetitive tasks in their business process with little to no coding. These automated programs, often called “bots”, offer businesses a digital workforce that improves the employee work experience. RPA helps businesses by utilizing customized bots to do the work that limits the process flow.

Using tools and platforms, like EZFlow by EPSoft, RPA can be designed, created and integrated easily. Businesses can create a full view of their process, identify the areas needing automated help, and customize bots to target the inefficiencies. By utilizing Attended Bots (bots that require some human interaction) and Unattended Bots (bots that can work independently), RPA allows businesses to streamline their process through customization.

Bots can:

  • Process Transactions
  • Interpret Data
  • Trigger Responses
  • Send Emails
  • Store Information

Users can even store a bot as a “Predefined Bot” and utilize it again, instead of creating from scratch.

A Customized Workforce

Creating a customized bot is as simple as shaping the environment where the bot will be used, storing the database information that will create the map for the bot’s tasks, and identifying the emails of the users in charge of the data gathered.

Once the bot is deployed, users can monitor their tasks, modify and duplicate them, and schedule future bot deployments for targeted areas.

Adaptable Automation

EZFlow also offers Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), which is RPA technology combined with artificial intelligence like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Together, these automations mimic human learning, allowing for critical analysis and adaptation. The bots evolve as a business grows. Thanks to substantial cost reductions and fast and easy implementation, RPA tools help businesses create a workforce that is happier and
higher-performing.

Benefits of RPA

  • Requires little to no coding
  • Deploys simply and quickly
  • Scales easily
  • Serves as an integral part of a digital transformation strategy
  • Evolves and adapts
  • Delivers insights into inefficiencies
  • Boosts employee satisfaction
